Indie Momentum Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Indie Momentum Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Overview of the Program
The Indie Momentum Affiliate Program allows affiliates to promote Indie Momentum's platform and earn commissions for successful referrals. Affiliates will receive unique discount codes to share with their network and earn rewards based on sign-ups generated through those codes.
2. Eligibility
- The program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- Affiliates must align with Indie Momentum’s values of authenticity, community, and mindful growth.
- Indie Momentum reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Indie Momentum ethically and authentically.
- Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, or unethical practices to promote their codes.
- Discount codes are intended for sharing with the affiliate’s network and may not be resold or misused.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., "This is an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission if you sign up").
4. Commissions
- Earnings:
- €15 per Backstage Pass referral.
- €30 per Indie Momentor referral.
- Bonuses:
- 10 Referrals: €50 bonus.
- 25 Referrals: €150 bonus.
- 50 Referrals: €300 bonus.
- Commissions are based on successful sign-ups using the affiliate’s unique code.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal.
- A minimum payout threshold of €30 applies. Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
- Affiliates without a PayPal account may request an alternative payout method, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Payouts are processed on or before the 10th of each month for the previous month’s referrals.
6. Discount Codes
- Affiliates will receive a unique discount code to share:
- 25% off for 12 months (valid from August 11, 2025).
- Codes are subject to expiration dates and cannot be combined with other offers.
7. Referral Tracking
- Indie Momentum will track referrals via the unique discount codes assigned to each affiliate.
- Affiliates will receive a monthly update via email detailing their referrals and earnings.
- Indie Momentum is not responsible for tracking errors caused by technical issues or misuse of codes.
8. Termination
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Indie Momentum via email.
- Indie Momentum reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation without notice for violations of these Terms & Conditions or behavior deemed harmful to the brand.
- Upon termination, any pending payouts below the threshold will be forfeited.
9. Modifications
- Indie Momentum reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, commission structures, or the program itself at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Indie Momentum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
- Affiliates participate at their own risk.
11. Privacy
- By participating in the program, affiliates agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with Indie Momentum’s Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy Link).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
